Back Home

We're back in Xela (Shayla) where we will be living until...well, for awhile. We just moved into an apartment here so we have a lot to do.

Pictures and catch-up info tomorrow!

Read Psalm 98!
"Sing to the LORD a new song; for He has done wonderful things."

"Last night I was discouraged and tired and just plain old emotional. It was annoying. I haven't even been through that much."

Yeah, that's pretty much my theme song. It's nice to know that I'm not crazy if other people feel the same way.

Hey! I didn't even realize you guys had left! Yeah, I know, we've been loser friends. But we're both in foreign countries with languages we don't speak and cultures that continually drive us crazy, what do you expect? Seriously, though, it's unfortunate, but I have to limit myself coming to this site only once every few weeks. The content is not friendly, if you catch me.

I'm so glad you guys made it and are settling in. It only gets easier from here. Okay, I'm lying. But at least you can feel free to vent anytime you need to. We're totally here for that.

Love you guys. Keep in touch. Email would be best.

Great to hear from you! We were wondering how you were doing...worried a little. Glad you are back, we will still pray, but now without the heavy brow.

Love you all.

Thanks for the updates! I really enjoy reading about your new life; hang in there! I am praying for YA'LL --thought you might want to hear a little Texas-talk :) Seeing the pictures of the rolling hills of Guatemala that you took made me think of Psalms 121. Read it if you need some encouragement sometime. Susan Myers
